Refunds and Cancellations
Jummy's Bakery does not offer refunds on any purchases at this time. All sales are final. We are unable to accommodate any pick up date changes after your order has been processed.

Pick-Up Policy
Your order will be ready for your pick up on your selected pick up date and time. If you are not able to pickup your order within the given time frame due to scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances, please consider either sending a friend/loved one to pick up on our behalf or coordinate an Uber carrier or messenger service to pickup your order. Any orders not picked up by 7pm will be considered forfeited and not refund will be issued.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our product offerings, they cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food or fruits), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Once an order has been placed on our website, it cannot be exchanged. We highly recommend that your carefully review your cart upon checkout before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Currently we offer local pickup and delivery. If you are looking to have your order delivered, please call 437-421-5401 to inquire about delivery pricing as it will be dependent on your location.
When picking up your order, please call us on 437-421-5401 once you arrive and your order will be brought to you in your vehicle.
